We take pride in creating customized products made just for you, including personalized keychains, clocks, photo calendars, wall décor, and nameplates. Because these items are uniquely designed based on your preferences, our return and refund policy is outlined carefully below.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
• Once the customization or production process has started, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns (Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items Only)

• Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is:
• Damaged during shipping
• Defective
• Incorrect (different from what was ordered)
• To request a return:
• Email us within 48 hours of delivery at drdevnegi@gmail.com
• Include:
• Order details
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• Description of the problem
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products with correct customization as per the order
• Minor color variations (due to screen/display differences)
• Spelling or design errors approved by the customer before production
• Change of mind after delivery

4. Refund Policy

• If your return request is approved:
• You may choose between a replacement or a refund
• Refunds will be processed only if:
• Replacement is not possible, or
• The issue is verified as valid
• Refund timeline:
• Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• Credited via the original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

• Approved replacement items will be produced and shipped at no additional cost
• Replacement processing time may vary depending on product type

6. Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner
