• All orders are made-to-order
• Processing time is typically 2–5 business days
• This includes designing, customization, quality checks, and packaging

2. Shipping Time

• Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
• 3–7 business days within India
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
• Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned

4. Order Tracking

• A tracking link or tracking ID will be shared once your order is shipped
• You can use it to track your delivery status in real-time

5. Delivery Delays

• Delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Courier service issues
• Remote location delivery constraints
• While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, such delays are beyond our control

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. Damaged Packages

• If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
• Take photos/videos before opening
