We aim to deliver your personalized keychains, clocks, photo calendars, wall décor, and nameplates safely and on time. Since each product is custom-made, shipping timelines may vary slightly.

- All orders are made-to-order
- Processing time is typically 2–5 business days
- This includes designing, customization, quality checks, and packaging

- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:
- 3–7 business days within India
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service availability
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned
4. Order Tracking
- A tracking link or tracking ID will be shared once your order is shipped
- You can use it to track your delivery status in real-time
5. Delivery Delays
- Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier service issues
- Remote location delivery constraints
- While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, such delays are beyond our control
6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

7. Damaged Packages
- If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Take photos/videos before opening

- A replacement or refund will be provided after confirmation
